The SLAM FIXED® Novo 1LED is a fixed Ex luminaire designed to withstand extreme conditions while remaining easy to install and maintain. Designed for potentially explosive atmospheres, the robust poly-carbonate body and high-quality components deliver long life, even in harsh environments.
Atexor luminaires feature high-quality LEDs. SLAM FIXED® Ex lights deliver better illumination and last up to five times longer than fluorescent lights. Replacing fluorescent installations with our linear Ex lighting gives your workers better visibility, improving both efficiency and safety.
With a Color Rendering Index (CRI) over 80, you get great color distinction, while our SafeEye® technology turns potentially irritating LED light into smooth, glare-free illumination. Novo 1LED Ex lights are op is rated (IEC 60079-28).
If there is a need for a higher light output, we recommend getting to know the Novo 2LED models.
SLAM FIXED® luminaires have excellent corrosion resistance. The construction is completely dissipative as well. Operators can clean installed lights, even with a dry cloth, without static charge build-up.
To ensure maximum durability, our shock-testing protocol far exceeds normal standards. Despite the robust build, the Novo 1LED is remarkably lightweight. This not only eases installation, but also reduces long-term stress on fittings and fixtures, such as light poles in windy conditions.
Making installations even easier, we offer two models. The SLAM FIXED® Novo 1LED A-type is optimized for standard pole installations. The B-type comes through-wired for convenience to speed up chained installations, such as wall and ceiling mounting. The round shape of the luminaire enables you to rotate the light so exactly the right area is illuminated.
If you need pre-installed cables, both models can be ordered with cables to fit your specifications. Each unit is fully repairable, and all components are replaceable. Retrofitting and installation changes are a snap thanks to our versatile light fittings and cleverly designed end caps.
